At UNY, we are fighting against the pink tax*. How do we do it? By offering gender-neutral shaving and hair removal essentials. We don't have products for men or women, but products for both sexes at a single price!
We are also committed to ethical and fair marketing. Because the main culprit of the pink tax is gendered marketing, which consists in integrating behavioral differences between men and women from the development of a product in order to profit from it. This type of marketing conveys a lot of clichés, gendered and sometimes sexist stereotypes that go against our values and the very essence of our project.
Because we believe that shaving and hair removal are not gender-specific, we adopt a marketing approach that reflects our image: ethical, transparent, inclusive and gender-neutral.
Finally, we favour French know-how, which is why our products are made in a laboratory located in Brittany.
